To go to this place, woah, YOU DO NOT TRUST THE GPS simple because IT LEADS US TO THE SMALL KAMPUNG ROAD and all the villagers were like WHAT THE HECK IS THIS BIG CAR OCCUPYING OUR MOTOR ROAD?!?!?
Imagining everywhere is unfenced one floor houses, i can say they own their own lands and its a small bungalow! and its without house plate number, super weak line, narrow road, we were thinking how can they deliver their parcel or received one. Even Peter the tour guide also hard to imagine Johor still got this kind of places so quiet.
Anyway, Kukup Fishing Village. You know you were in the right track when you follow the big blue signboard(never trust GPS over signboard). And guess what, there is a big wall saying you are in Kukup area! Is like welcoming you you know?
Get down from the car, you can straight away smell the sea and because their main occupation is fisher, this village smells fishy as well. It is definitely a new experience for me to really get to know a fishing village so close.
We manage to sit down at a small dessert house because Charissa the-super-big-mango-fan-who-wants-to-open-a-Mango-Museum-because-she-saw-Muzium-Nanas-in-Johor saw the mango dessert advertisement outside this dessert hourse. Crazy fella. But I can say, it is one of the best event because the weather is crazy hot. And very cheap as well.
